Welcome to MySocialVoice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MySocialVoice website and services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through mysocialvoice.ai (the "Service").

4.3 Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For annual subscriptions, we will send a reminder before renewal.

4.4 Refunds

Our refund policy is outlined on our pricing page. In general, we do not provide refunds except in specific circumstances at our discretion.

4.5 Plan Changes

5. User Content

We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to review and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason.

The Service, including its features, functionality, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by MySocialVoice and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, or distribute any portion of the Service without our express written consent.

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including spam.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate MySocialVoice, an employee, another user, or any other person.
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems.
  • To use the Service for any purpose that exceeds reasonable use limitations or creates excessive load on our infrastructure.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services and assume no responsibility for them.

9. Social Media Integration

Our Service allows you to connect and post content to your social media accounts. By connecting your social media accounts to our Service, you authorize us to access and use your social media information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the terms of the applicable social media platform.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any connected social media platform. We are not responsible for any consequences of your use of social media platforms through our Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSOCIALVOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MYSOCIALVOICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
  • We may delete or retain your User Content at our discretion.
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
